[Misc] BP70C31 and MXB468p SHARP UNITS

I have been requested to install these two units from an outside dealer.
Can anyone advise if there is an actual installation video specific to these models. I found very basic info on You Tube search.
I do have the manuals for these but videos seem to offer more.
Also do Sharp dealers have a support website that provides training for techs? Just curious as being a Kyocera tech I can access anything related to those models.
Any input always appreciated.
