AR-275 Scanning

We just put this machine in on a rental. Real estate company is scanning documents to be e-mailed. Each page is scanning at 1MB so a 30 page doc ends up to be 30M and becomes to big to e-mail. Res is set at 300dpi. Scanned pages appear normal. Any thoughts? Thanks.

try to put in tiff format or pdf format in hi-compress mode

This series defaults to color scans which cause the huge files. You can go in and set it up as standard B/W scan with 300 or 600 dpi and you should be fine.
