DX-B352P and Aptos font

Does anyone know a fix for the missing capital A when printing to a DXB352P using the Aptos font in Word and other apps. I have performed the firmware update today with no change. we have of course suggested not using that font however this attorney's office doesn't want to do that.

I was able to resolve this issue with printer preferences. Their IT company handed off this problem to us and I thought they had already been in the driver settings.
