    AR-M300u maintenance required?

Hi chaps, i've been given this call from one of our customers.. we don't do sharp normally so i've no idea!!
Apparently it come up with "mainenance required" as soon as its powered up and wont do anything else. Does this machine lock out when it needs a service or do we think theres something else amiss?
Whats involved in doing the service and resetting the count?

A million humble thank-yous to anyone who can help

    Si

    hi,
i don't know that machine but from 351 and others that seems like a setting to stop when maintenance life is over 100k probably

    26-38
    Purpose Setting
    Function
    (Purpose)
Used to set CONTINUE/STOP of printing when
maintenance timing is over and the count value
reaches 110% of replacement timing (life).
    Section Other
    Item Specifications

default is 0 so sombody who had worked on that machine wanted to be sure he is called and make few buck's over that maintenance setting

u have to enter in 26-38 and modify from 0 to 1 to continue printing/copy

with 22 1 u can see where the counters are for each part

Used to check the print count value in each
section and each operation mode. (Used to check
      the maintenance timing.)

and if u perform the maintenance replacing what is need u have o reset the
      24-4,5 and 7
