    Make sure the machine's are set to fast wake up....

    Make sure there is a reservation on the router for the machine's IP address, otherwise anything new on network (phone, tablet, laptop) may hijack the IP address.
    Best test for this is turn copier off and ping IP address, if it replies something has hijacked the copier IP

      This, a x1000 times this. IP Allocate the IP address of the copier using the MFP's MAC address on the router. Trust me, this will save you so much drama.

      I don't know what it is about the Sharps, but IP conflicts are a constant. Trust me, listen to Mansart, reserve that IP if you can.
