What do the individual colors look like?
Looking at your sample image, it looks as if there is "tiger striping" visible. This is a sure sign of developer being depleted.
I'm guessing you will at very least have to replace Cyan DV, check drums for excessive wear on the edges and clean grids -

Replace the offending drum and main charge kit of the depleted developer also. The developer pulled for a reason.Comment

And... make sure to clean the rear side of the process unit and back wall of the copier (toner dusting) where process unit sits. I have one customer that this happens to all the time. Usually with a C4-20, and I have to also clean the rear of the primary transfer belt. Good luck!

Also check the mylar below the erase lamp has not deformed causing dusting on the erase lamp and subsequently causing the machine to pull dev.Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

OK, would take a closer look at the C, M, Y DR unit (a bad dv pull (even from the color on the left, as the Pri trans can carry and drop dv too), Dr damage can be hard to spot, if a damaged dr is left there, eventually will pull the developer again, if a corroded charge or contaminated charge is left in, same results. Color Dv isnt cheap, (at least a proper change), you gotta get to the source of the DV loss, and 99%, it was lost to the drum because of lack of charge (wear on the outermost layers, allowing the charge to escape to ground).
