This is a 4141 model and user counts are set up. When customer prints out the counts for each user there is a Other User that is racking up counts. We are having trouble figuring who is this Other User.Thanks for anyone who knows about this.

I believe this is the service tech printouts.
Calibration charts, meter read sheets, internal test prints, etc....

Also may be that you have not selected "Disabling of Printing by Invalid User"
If this is not checked any jobs that get printed without authentication or wrong authentication may get counted as Other UserComment
