Different scan to mail images (black-white / color)

Hello,

A customer has 2 x MX2651. Whenever they scan a set of documents (tekst and drawings) to mail and select color then some pages are black - white and others are color. We have installed the latest FW. We tried different scan modes, but no luck.

Has anyone had this before?

Try changing the exposure type to anything but Auto
