[Misc] Updated Cross Reference Fuser Units?

    Hi everybody,

i am wondering if anyone has tried swapping (with modification or not) fusers between these models:

    MX602FU with MX502FU
    MX609FU with MX501FU
    MX607FU with MX408FU
    MX601FU with MX409FU

I am wondering why Sharp decided to have such different codes for similar products.

    Thank you

I can tell you, from experience, that they do not cross reference. I have recently tried to get a machine running temporarily with a core I had on hand, but the machines reject it. It fits perfectly, and it doesn't appear that they are different enough to not work, but the machines say to install the fusing unit if the wrong one is installed. I made this list to avoid the issue in the future.

Thanks, I hoped to reduce my stock, but I think it's impossible.
