Checking firmware levels in web interface MX-7040

I know how to update the firmware remotely through the web interface. Now I just want to check that it completed correctly. I can't find the firmware levels listed within the web interface anywhere. It's over an hour drive to the customer's location so I'm hoping to skip the trip. Also I prefer not to call the customer and ask them to check from the copier, that seems unprofessional.

    Thanks for any help!

Enter your email address in the Dealer E-mail Status Message List under E-mail Alert and Status, Status Messgae and click Send Now.

The email that you get will have several .R0* files attached. Using Notepad open the E-mail Option Option Data.R02

You should see somethig like this:
    OPTION DATA MX-6240N 5511429300 ICU1(MAIN) 05.00.S1.x0 PCU 02.05.S1.00 SCU 01.00.S1.00 IMG DATA ROM 00.00.00.00 FINISHER 01.10.01.00 SADDLE 01.02.01.00 LCC 01.01.S1.00 FAX1(MAIN) 01.01.G1.00 NIC 01.06.00.00 SPF 01.01.S1.00 LANGUAGE 01.42.S1.00 MX-6240N SYS MEM 3072MB ICU MEM 2048MB HDD 1000GB MX-FX11 MX-LC12 MX-FN20
