MX-C301W with L4-40 trouble

FYI: L4-40 on an MX-C301W

Ozone filter fan runs constantly, then goes to error code.

Troubleshooting:
Remove rear panel, remove FAX board and PCU-PWB, then remove top fan and ozone filter fan. In this is a circuit board with a sensor that was dirty. Everything cleaned, assembled and the device runs again without a problem.
Time required: 2-3 hours, lots of space and nerves

Its going to come up again in the future.

There is a bulletin on this as I have done it a hand full of times and replaced the little board inside the fan. Apparently the new board stops it from happening
