Turn on 2 step authentication and create an app password for the copier. I've been doing htis for 2 months now, and currently have 20 calls in my queue (remote support) for this problem.

3 calls already this morning for this issue...could you explain how to do what you stated above please? I have 2-step auth turned on but don't know how to create an app password for the copier.

      Thanks

Right under where you turned on 2 step there should be an option for app passwords, click that and you can create a custom one, it's 16 letters, write it down.

Awesome thanks so much, this worked like a charm for me. Just sub the 16 digit password for the previously entered password on the copier for their email account.

That's why I love this forum

I have just recently started doing the App Passwords. Does anybody know how many App Passwords can be made for one email account, and if the same password can be used multiple times for different machines?

If you are using the same email account then you can use the same app password on multiple machines.
