[Error Code] Sharp 363n (F1-00) Error

dear friends
I have problem with two sharp 363n , both of them have F1-00 problem, I Checked the wires, I uses code 88 and 80-9 to clear but it did not work.
I also check the cards and two 8 pin ic but they were ok.
Does anybody face this problem ? Do u think the problem is for the firmware of the machine ??
Please help two machine of mine is not working.
My device have an internal finisher but in display shows external one

Those are older devices and from what I remember., they need model specific firmware for the finisher based upon which engine they are attached to.

Thanks for your answer. yes they are old . but i have customer for that , do u know which version needed or by chance do u have them or place to get ??

This happens when the firmware has been updated incorrectly.
On these models, it is important that both Main and Boot firmware options are selected together as a set (even if the current version appears the same as the updated version). If you don't select Boot, the firmware which is installed will support the connected finisher, but the device will boot up with a different finisher installed. You'll see this in sim 22-10. There is a firmware clash between the finisher controller and the PCU board as the set does not match. You are using a combination of original Boot and current Main.
You need to reinstall the latest firmware and make sure you select ALL to properly install the internal finisher. You should be able to simply write this firmware over the top. I've done this before.
If you've suddenly got 2 models with the same trouble code, it's a safe bet the firmware was recently updated incorrectly.

Thanks , the firmware I installed is "283-453withDSKJPT3_DSKsEFS_100803a.sfu" is that correct ??
I have "253_453WithNoDSKJPT3_MAIN_0304j3.sfu" but it tells it does not match . but with first one it start writing and will finish but again F1-00 error ..
Do u have the correct firmware /?

Do you have DSK kit installed? latest without DSK is "MXM283_HDD_TLS12_Jupiter3_(with HDD)_Combi_0304j3w0_B.sfu"

If your MXM363 has a DSK installed (MXFR14U) you must install this latest version: 03p03.jc
Then, install the MXFNX9 Special ROM version 02.01.02.00 if not already bundled in the DSK release.

This will fix the problem.
