    MX3060 Printer Calibration.

Hope someone can shed some light on this one.

After running calibration 46-74 - copy calibration is fine but on the print calibration the printed the adjusted patch is all washed out. (The target sheet with printer calibration wrote on it is fine).

Have updated the FW, reset to factory settings, cleared the 67 settings, checked 63-11.

    Any ideas anyone

Have you performed all the proper calibrations besides the 46-74?

Haven't seen this but 2 things you might try.

      1. Auto calibration in System settings to see if you get the same results

      2. Try doing the printer calibration separate using sim 67-24

      Good luck

Hello, you can use the sim 50-22 to calibrate the laser adjustment and then do the pattern calibration, if the laser is misplaced or moved it will not adjust well, adjust OPC drum phase, and check that it is within the parameters.

          UPDATE

Just for info it was only the print calibration that was the issue, The copy calibration was fine.

After trying numerous resets calibrations, firmware in CN mode etc,

We copied the SSD and EEPROM data from another machine and imported it - Ran the full calibration again and all is fine.

          Thanks for inputs -
