[Electrical] Sharp MX3071

Hi , Strange fault .I have a MX3071 that won't turn off with the power switch. As soon as the copier is plugged in it powers on no matter the position of the main on / off switch. Obviously i have tested the switch , which is fine ( but replaced anyway ) .

Any one else seen this before. Thanks in advance

Faulty AC board? Pos. one of the relay switches is stuck on/welded together.
