We have an MX-5071S where the fusing unit (pressure roller) is building up paper dust (i think, because its white)
After 50 days, we had to go clean the roller because it was causing the paper to curl and jam.
30 days later, same problem.
Is there anything we can do about this? Right now, we installed the cleaning roller (DUNT-9555DSZZ) because we are out of options
In 30 days, we will go back and look if this has any effect on the buildup.
