What jam codes are you getting? Are the Meter counts close to PM cycle?

It doesn't show code, after I press make 1 copy, it keep jamming, it indicate sign as attached picture. side tray okay no jam, only down tray jam. pls how to clear it or solution

clean the rollers with sandpaper and no more jams i also do this on other AR machines and MXM machines
