Are you using refurbished Toner Cartridge? Not that using them is the problem. There are a lot of posts on Toner problems. The main one which I have had is the waste toner fills up too soon. There are many theroies. I was using Refurbs until this started. I had to begin with a total cleaning, replace tranfer corona assembly, new drum and new toner both OEM and I never had any trouble after that.

If you are useing Recmanufature cartridges. You or they (who ever is doing your toners) are useing the wrong develover or toner. There are two different ones for this serious of copiers. One in XD and the other is XC. SO if you are useing XC in the XD it will do this and the other way around. Would need model # it let you know which is right. I have been doing recycling and service work for 13 + years.
