I have a MXB455w that is throwing a L4_14 code? Any body got any ideal wat I could look for?

Toner motor unit. There is also a new style lock that holds the toner in. Sometimes shaking the toner really well will get the code to go away.

Had to replaced a few of these toner drive units.

Pretty simple to replace.
You can use sim 10-1 and 10-4 to test. Make sure toner cartridge is out!!!!!

Check the sensor in the toner motor unit. We have had a couple knocked out of position. Even had one broken in to two pieces
