I've had failure to boot on a few Sharp machines. Replacing the SD card (or the msata SSD on newer models) fixed the problem.
    Happy Troubleshooting!

it boots up to the copy screen, but constantly says please wait and you cant use the machine? is the SD card the best part to replace?

The SD Card would be the first item I would replace for this issue especially on this old of a machine.

Have you tried a CN Update? I had this happen on one of the models in this family, and the firmware took care of it. SD card could also be the problem, as the majority of boot issues on this series involve the SD card

100% SD card. Use HDD raw copy and create a new one directly onto a new SD with a known working image
