Sharp MX-8081 Error code E7-20

Hi, I am heaving an error code E7-20 on a Sharp MX-8081 , I had replaced laser unit twice update the firmware and calibrated machine every time it works for few days and the same code comes back.
your help would be appreciated.

did you also change the LSU control PWB or just the LSU? Had it 2 times (MX-3610 + MX-2614) that these components caused the error.

You've replaced the LSU twice already and the code keeps appearing every few days?
It must be asked if you've got the correct power supply configuration for this machine? Does your device have any finishers or additional input trays? Is there other electrical equipment in the same print room, or on the same circuit breaker?
It's vital that the Polaris series devices have the correct engine power setup. With 2x 10A power inputs to the engine alone, if you run any finishers or large capacity trays on the same circuit as well, you're just asking for problems. Options must be on a different breaker.
Let us know what your device configuration is, and other devices in the vicinity on the same breaker too.
Check harnesses CN24 and CN25 on the PCU Board as well.
What firmware version is currently installed? Latest is Version 01.30. Just keep in mind there were LSU controller fixes in Version 01.02 and 01.10. If you have 01.30 installed, you're fine.
