Anyone run into the new mac OS?

If so were you able to get printing to work with existing mac OS 12 (Monterey) drivers?

I have one account who has upgraded to Ventura and cannot print.

I just love dealing with MAC users. Special group of people.

We have not got the first service call for this but I'm sure it is coming.

Actually in this case they are the most understanding group of MAC users I have ever encountered.
They are shouldering the blame for upgrade without test and are currently downgrading the MACs to OS 12

A reasonable customer, very rarely seen in the wild...

Here is some info from Sharp:

• it depends on if your processor in the Mac
  • If made by Intel, the OS 12 drivers work.
  • If made by Apple every manufacturer has printing issues.
