MX4140 with replace toner message

Hello,

A customer has a Sharp MX4140. Out of the blue the machine gave the message to replace the black toner. After replacing the toner the message is still on the display. We also tried another toner swap but still the same message appeares. We checked the toner motor and that functions

What could be the issue?

Have you checked the B DV unit for DV pull? DV rollers mixing/turning? Is toner dropping into DV input? Is the drum coated? Might need to change developer.
