Sharp MX-B376WH error code E&-80

Hi,

I'm having a problem with a new copier a MX-B376WH the error code is E7-80 I follow the service manual advice, I have already checked and reset the connectors and replace the MFPC PBW I'm still have the same problem and I can't update the firmware because the error code comes back while the copier checking the firmware. Any help or ideals would be appreciated.

Have you tried firmware via CN (emergency) method?

We had a MX-B355W out of the box with a E7-80. Ended up being the Scan control pwb and not the MFPC pwb.
