AR-5320E printing problem

today I work on this machine.the problem is printing single job there are no problem.but if I am doing two job in que,first job completed but the second job will be deleted automaticly. message on monitor is "the data cannot be send.please check the copier power or printer interface cable connection" I Have tried uninstall and reinstall the driver but still the same.I am using parellal cable to the copier.

If anyone have an idea please share it to me.
