Hi. I read all the other threads about this and checked the manual, but not seeing anything different. When I first looked at it, the duplex lamp wasn't lit so I replaced it. That appeared to fix it for a couple days then the error returned. I went back with an entire feeder hoping that would take care of everything. Still no luck. I updated the firmware and did the shading execution with no change. So far the only other thing I can think of left over is changing the scan board in the back. What do you think are the chances of this ? Is there something else I may be missing ? Thanks for your input.
