BP70c31 Application error 621Z02999

I am setting up a new BP70C31 and getting an [application error 621Z02999] and 640Z02999 when using a standard cloud application Dropbox. Does anyone know what this error is or where to find the answer to the question? Starting to feel like a Dropbox Dropout.

Do you have the BP-AM10 option installed?

I believe the AM10 is standard on the 70's in the US market.

Problem resolved after speaking with Sharp tech support. SIM 26-33 generically lists [special program] 1 thru 20 and switching program 1 to on activates the Application Portal discussed in the users installation guide for cloud services. The application portal downloaded Dropbox 1.2.2 (which was not listed on the Sharp Service site) and the browsing for folder error was resolved.
