mx4500 admin password

A customer has managed to change the admin password and now can't remember it.

Is there a way of getting in there and resetting or is it new board/ great expense time?

Any help gratefully received.

Run simulation 24-30 to reset the admin password back to default 'admin'.

I do this all the time, as some IT Departments like to setup a password on the machine without letting us know what it is. They never seem to be around when I need to ask.
