Hi have a few of these machines that constantly give L4-03. Have checked and replaced fuser and main charge unit.

It sounds more like a drive problem than the fuser itself.
This is a really old machine and if it has quite a few copies it is ready for replacement.
this is what the book says
Use SIM6-1 to check the operation of the fusing motor.
Replace the Fusing motor.
Check connection of the fusing motor harness and the connection.
Replace the PCU PWB. -

Definately replace the fusing drive motor. That is noramlly the fix for repeat L4-03 errors. Check the entire unit.
The MX-2651 is a pretty recent model.Comment
