    MX3570 paper tray too full

We're getting a 'paper tray too full' message on an MX3570.

Paper feed unit has been replaced.

I dont know if "paper tray too full" is the right message, because i'm translating from Dutch.

    What could cause this?

And btw: no the tray is not too full...

    PS: it's tray1

EDIT: real message is 'TRAY IS OVERFILLED"

I think it may be saying (load extra paper) which is a size mismatch.
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

          From another post to check:

Check your sensors in sim 30-2, there is paper upper limit, paper empty, and paper remaining sensor. One of these is probably faulty, probably paper upper limit , it is supposed turn on with in 10 secs after putting in the drawer and 2 secs in copy/print mode. If sensors check okay might be pcu pwb, but also replace or swap out the lift motor, I have seen bad lift motors cause strange things to happen
