[Jamming] SHARP MX 3051 - Paper stick on the roller

Dear all, as per the subject. Please refer to the attached picture. Can someone tell us how to resolve this issue permanently? This issue almost happens every week! I will appreciate any help you can provide. Best regards.

Good morning,
there is a problem with dry toner stuck to the pressure roller.
The best is to change this roller (MX-601LH).


Sometimes I still install the old ones (MX-607LH).
Sometimes I just clean the pressure roller with a pad of scoth britt and a little water.


This is a problem that I encounter from time to time. We use genuine toner and genuine parts, though.


I have not yet found the solution so that the roller does not get dirty (on the sides).

Definitely rebuild or replace the fuser. There is a place in Setting/Image adjust where you can run fuser cleaning mode. It will print out a yellow arrow and you can see how dirty your fuser is. Run it as many times as you need to clean the fuser roller. You might even be able to do it with your current roller after you get the paper removed.

I only have the documents in german but they should be self-explanatory.

1. Install newest firmware

• Griffin2/Phoenix2 - 6.10 (attached Document Griffin1/Phoenix1 is wrongly named)

I had an MX-4051 do this and the answer was that they were running self seal envelopes thru the copier and the glue was sticking to the rollers and causing the paper to wrap around the roller. I haven't had any issues with the toner sticking to the rollers.

If any of the drums or T1 Belt blades are leaking you will get that build up on the fuser roller. I always pull all the coronas to see if they are clean,
if they have any toner on the mylars by the sawtooth screen, put in new pm blade kits.

Sadly no, I checked in the partner portal before posting the german version.

I was just wondering why there is no official worldwide report for this...my german isnt that good, but i know google translate too.
