    MX-M565 A0-17 Error code

    I haven’t done anything yet, Service manual states that the problemis “Inconsistency between the UI data and the CPU firmware version”and to “Install the firmware in the all firmware version up
    mode.” Do I just need to redo the firmware. Has anyone run in to this before? Thanks in advance.

      I have not ran into that before but is sounds like reinstalling the firmware is a good place to start.

          Update, Ran firmware in CN mode, still the same problem. Ended up replacing the machine if and when I have time going to try and swap out the boards......
