MX-2651 - Screen noise, vertical line on copy

    Good morning,
Here is a problem we are dealing with at the workshop with an MX-2651 (firmware: V6.10.Z2) and we have not yet found the solution. I hope for some help from you.

On Sharp's advice, we replaced the MC ELECTRODE UNIT block - CHLDZ2541DS53 (the cords that go to the THT board on the MC-K and MC-CMY connectors are changed to pink [white before])

On the first try, the screen flickers, a vertical yellow line appears on the A4 copy with a width of 1cm and located between 14 and 18cm from the leading edge.
In our tests, the screen sometimes becomes gray with stray lines for a few seconds.

We then proceeded to several changes of sets:

    • 4 drums blocks and developer blocks.
    • Primary Transfer,
    • The fixing assembly

During a 6-3 TC2 simulation test (secondary transfer), the screen flickers. No flickers in TC1 or TC1-R (primary).
    No flickers in 44-2, 44-6, 44-26 simulations.
In 50-22 simulation, the screen flickers at the end of the cycle.

    So we changed successively:
    • Secondary Transfer,
    • Complete right door,
    • Drive fuser (which includes a secondary transfer clutch),
    • LSU,
    • PCU PWB

The problem seems to start when a sheet passes in front of the secondary transfer. In 50-22 simulation, the screen flickers when the secondary transfer roller is cleaned?
