    Sharp MX4050N light copies

I have a Sharp MX4050N that prints light copies intermittently. We have brought it back to the shop and sometimes it will print perfectly and then it will print a barely readable copy. From a working machine I have swapped out the fuser, transfer belt, drum units, and second transfer without any good results. The image on the transfer belt is good. Any ideas to check on next?

I have seen similar issues like this posted before and what helped/fixed it was:

Try swapping complete right hand door assy and checking ribbon cable that interfaces with the door. (Quick and easy to rule out other units)

Replacing the clutch that drives the secondary transfer unit movement.

      Good luck.
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential
