sharp mx-5070 no display for setting

I drop off this machine. and customer says that they cant use the setting button. all it says is please wait. i replaced mfp program and no luck still no setting will come up. all other buttons work. any help would be nice. thanks

Firmware update may help, but usually the Please Wait message when entering Settings is due to the machine not being booted up completely. That may be pointing to the mSATA card
