Sharp mxm 266N

Anyone ever have issues on tls 1.2 firmware upgrade on this series with hard drives installed? Seems like the 301 dosnt work . Can the hardrives just be taken out to put in the 300 version 1.2? Thanks Dave

When you install a HDD in this model it also came with a SD card. If you remove the HDD you would have to install a SD card with the original .imgc file on it.

You will need one of the following:

A new SD card ordered as a part from Sharp. Part# VHI0MFP00214C. You would need to verify this is the correct part #.
or a new SD card (like a Sandisk) with an image copied to it from a known good non-HDD MX-M266N. We use the 32GB. Not sure if this if something you have done before using HDD Raw Copy tool??
or a SD card from a donor MX-M266N that doesn't have a HDD in it.

Before you pull the HDD I may have a M266N with a HDD kit installed that I can pull from the warehouse to see if I can install the 301 firmware on and see if I have an issue.

I don't have any MX-M266N, only a bunch of M264N.

HI the firmware of the MX-M266 with harddisk is different to the firmware without harddisk the sd card is also different

Hi the latest that I can see from my dealer is version 302
