Duplicate jobs from Macs

Customer Macs are printing jobs twice even though only one job was sent, (can see 2 jobs in the Job Status on the copier queue).

-Happening on both Sharp copiers MX4070n
-Updated Copier Firmware
-Windows PCs ok, only happening on Macs
-Macs are Monterey updated
-Removed print driver and tried older drivers, still no go

Tech support said to check the duplex setting on the driver... ?!#*$%@!

Anyone seen this?
