Airprint trouble with color authentication only

Hello, I set up a machine yesterday and set up color authentication only. Where just the black start key is on screen and if cust wants to print in color they have to input a code number. I showed the customer how to airprint. The only thing I had to do is in the phone I had to deselect print in color. Now the customer is calling saying when selecting the copier it is asking for a username and password. It didnt do that yesterday. At the shop I set up a machine the same way with the color authentication and this machine asks also for user name and password. Anyone know why it may have worked yesterday, or how to get around this? Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I found that guide and on thr machines I am working on IPP is enabled as default. Changing the permission level for other user did not help either. Its weird that it worked,I showed the customer and she printed from her phone. Now getting password message.

I found you have to uncheck IPP and reboot machine and then the user name and password message dont pop up. When they print they just need to seleck print in black and white. All seems good now-Knock on wood.
