With "Advertising Materials" it looks like you may have access to both Sales and Service. In the US these are seperate sites and Service Departments normally don't have access to the Sales site.

That being said the bulletin you attached would be on the Service site and I can't find it either. I see that sometimes though where the US gets bulletins after others countires. The new part numbers are good in the US but there is no stock. So we wait.
