Repetitive error message on the SHARP MX M 465N

Hello,
there is an error message that appears repeatedly on my mx-m465n copier "Operation disabled. please consult your administrator for assistance" after that the copier is blocked, so I have to restart each time. .....Please help me with your expertise in order to overcome this definitely unpleasant problem.

Does it appear randomly by itself or when ppl try to scan to folder or email?

it appear randomly by itself , after the machine is blocked, I have to turn it off and then on again
