MX5140n and MX2640N

Hi I hope you guys can help me, I'm new or almost new to copier.

I have theese two MX5140n and MX2640N, The 5140n was the power cut of doing an update so as I can read I need to do the update again in sim 49-01 that is not the problem. But I can't find a firmware files, what I did find is on the firmware page from sharp but theese files are not what I'm use to.... So what file/files do I need and what do I do with them. I know it goes on a usb drive.

Both will be a ".sfu". "SMB2 TLS 1-2 KRACK Virgo2_Combi_0400R2C0_B" is the latest on the MX5141. "SMB2 TLS 1.2 Aries2_Combi_0600A2I0_B" on the MX2640. You might need to do a emergency update on the MX5140 since power was cut during the last firmware update.

okay I really cant find any files there is .sfu and a emergency Update yes I heard about that something about I turn it off rename the file to something.

Do you have access to Sharp service portal? That's where you download firmware files.

No I don't have it for sharp :-( ...... So I'm a bit stock

Sorry, I see you're in Denmark. That FW file is for US market.

Problem solved I got the firmware from Sharp
