    E7-61 board mismatch

Would anyone, even Sharp be able to tell how you can tell the difference between boards that say they are mismatched. So far trying to decipher markings or anything that might seem different. The history and model of machine doesn't matter. I've been through the other posts on this error and they all had the same luck I'm having. Been through various combinations of boards and eeproms. Flashing firmware doesn't do anything. Don't see anything in the manual more enlightening then 'boards mismatched, change mfp or pcu board. Just wondering if anyone has ideas, but I understand if you don't. Thank you.

Any machine that displays this code. In this case mx-m363, but it can appear on any model.

        Re: E7-61 board mismatch

I've had this many times. All 3 boards (MFC PCU and Scan PWBs) have to be from the exact same speed and series machine. In your case all 3 boards have to come from an MX-M363! 283 and 453 boards will not work with it. In the new BP series you can NOT swap boards at all (or at least the MFP board very involved process to replace a board, sucks)

        Good luck.
