First try to update firmware in CN mode. If it won't help replace SD card.

If you have it connected to the network, it might be a corrupt print job. Try turning the machine off, removing the network cable, and booting up again. If it comes to ready and doesn't reboot, you have a print job stuck in queue on your network. If it continues the reboot loop, your best bet is probably the SD card. Although, I usually see them get locked up during the boot process if the SD card is faulty
