Network Folder Scanning - Server 2022-MX-C303WH

Customer has 4 Devices .. 2 x MXC303WH and 2 x BP70C31 Since about 6pm yesterday they updated the server to 2022 from 2012R2 . All 4 devices worked scanning to folder on the older server ..but since the change the 2x MXC303WH fail to scan (NG800000 Error) Authentication Failure.. Just like the older Sharp devices when smb was upgraded . Anyone else had this issue ?? All 4 devices has Identical settings.. Thanks

Check the security on folder and if that user is still valid after the upgrade.

Also did the server name remain the same

Security on the folder is fine.. Server is using IP Address so nothing has changed in that respect .

Create a new folder and scan as a test

I had something similar on a customer who upgraded the server, turned out it needed Domain\User as credentials....try that
