Hello, we recently got two 6570s low volume, both around 120,000 Both fusers look in good shape, now visable wear on gears and such. Both machines when the fuser is turning sound like loose marbles. That might be extreme description but they for sure dont sound quiet and smooth. I also checked the fuser drive units and they seem fine. I am checking if someone has a bunch of these machines out in the field, if this is normal for this model. I am not real worried about the noise because everything looks good. Mainly so if I get comments from the customer. Kind of like the MX-6240 color machines had noisy fusers, but they ran just fine.
MX-M6570 noisy fusers?

Re: MX-M6570 noisy fusers?
I have about 13 of the MX-M7570 in the field all at schools and they all start to get noisy after awhile. Haven't heard the marbles sound yet but definitely noisy fusers. They wear the small drive gear on the main frame side down pretty quickly. I carry some spares with me all of the time. Have to change the gear almost with every fuser.
Good luck.
