    Reset operator password on Sharp MX 2630.

    Good evening everyone !
    I have this problem: a Sharp MX 2630 with password locked keyboard.
    The operator has forgotten the password and cannot unlock the machine.
    I ask: what simulation allows me to reset this?
    Or is there a particular procedure to follow?

      Proper procedure is to go thru Sharp. Double tap Home, press lower LEFT on LCD, Press 463/ and follow prompts. Call Sharp on hotline, give them the number from your MX and they'll respond with unlock code. Takes 1-3 days.
