Sharp MX-3570V Hard Drive Failure

Question for y'all,
One of my clients hard drive in their Sharp MX-3570V kicked the can this week (you can hear squeaking in the hard drive internals) so I got them a new WD Blue 500Gb. Does someone have access to the Sharp MX-3570V firmware and could DM me?

I don't think you will need firmware. The new machines backup all the info needed and will write what it needs to the new drive.

You do need the watermark 'firmware'

And you will need OCR as well and not that critical but e-manual as well just make sure you hard disk is the same size or large than the current disk.
