SHARP MX-B427W SMTP Error

When I go to test the SMTP for testing of scanning, I get the below error. Nothing was changed on this MFP but now no one is able to scan.
I ran a reset, verified the SMTP, I also did a Sanitize of all settings and I keep getting the same thing. Any idea how to fix this?

As this is a rebadged Lexmark, doing a quick Google search shows this error as a DNS lookup failure.

Have you tried using Google's DNS (if the server is outside the network)?

There was some kind of certificate that needed to be installed on the server that corrected this. I am not too certain what it was but it is now working.
