Random blue lines top to bottom 4071 and BP's

Has anyone experienced random blue lines top to bottom, even in voided area's. on any machines? It seems to be an electrical issue. Both machines in different parts of town (same company) had a fridge and microwave installed facility. Since then we have had these issues. It's obviously a customer issue but I want to find out why it's doing this.

Had it on a new BP-70C26. Released the charge roller and cycled power. Hasn't ever come back that's been a couple of months.

This is becoming and extremely common issue on the CR4 and CR4.5's

Its the MC electrode unit. The springs which touch the corona units to supply the corona units charge are starting to corrode or even stretch and you get cyan bands in the main scan direction.

Order the whole MC electrode unit as it comes with a new frame, sensors, harnesses etc. It's a big job, main drive has to come out, power supply needs to come out along with routing all the harnesses.

UPDATE.......Re: Random blue lines top to bottom 4071 and BP's

Well for shites and grins I tried the TC pwb. VIOLA, fixed and hasn't come back. My DSS says I wouldn't have even thought about that. I did it as this is the only board besides the MFP and PCU I haven't swapped. Anyways, it's functioning great now

            NEW NEW UPDATE

ok I said we sent the pwb to Hytec and they repaired it. NO it's really not repaired because I swapped out the TC pwb with one from a brand new machine I'm setting up and ran about 500 dbl sided. Beautiful. So I will advance exchange one and go from there. Seems something is wrong with that pwb itself. Yes I know there is a new part number for that TC pwb

                Final UPDATE

So it was the TC pwb. the original one has an inherent issue as it was sent to Hytec for repair but still displays phenomenon. We ordered a new TC pwb and returned the machine to the field and its been functioning without an issue
