Hey guys, I have a few 6580 in the 2mill range. I'm seeing a lot of pdppd2 and fed jams, seems to dog ear the front lead edge corner also, we've had several techs look at them and can't seem to figure out whats causing the issue. Any tips would be appreciated. tia.

I had one doing that. Based by the code I was searching in wrong area. Finally, I saw one time the bent corner happen when I had the doors cheated open. It was dog earing comming out of the paper pass unit going into the curl corrector unit. Once I adjusted the curl unit heigth to stop the dog earing, my problems went away.
